Terminal A Parking
Only uncovered parking is available at the LaGuardia Terminal A parking garage. Additionally, don’t expect to pay cash when you park. Terminal A parking lots only accept credit, debit and contactless payment such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and NFC. You can pre-pay for your parking spot at Terminal A as well as Terminal C/D. Terminal B Parking
The newly-renovated LaGuardia Terminal B offers on-airport covered parking spots so you don’t have to worry about the elements when leaving your car. However, you cannot pay with cash or request a receipt unless you use the pay-on-foot machines. These machines allow you to pay in cash and can be found by the elevators in the Terminal B parking lot.
Terminal C/D Parking
This parking lot is the best option of on-airport parking for those who are going to LaGuardia terminals C and D. Premium parking is also available at this lot but must be booked in advance. Similar to the Terminal B parking lot, the only way to pay with cash or request a receipt is by using the pay-on-foot machines by the parking lot elevators.
Airport Shuttles
If you need to travel between terminals, parking lots or car service pick-up locations, the airport offers free shuttles. These shuttles typically come at 8-15 minute intervals. Take the Purple Route bus to terminals B, C, and D as well to parking structure C/D. You can take the Red Route bus to terminals A, C, and D and to the daily parking lot. The Blue Route bus takes you to terminals A and B as well as to Terminal A parking and the B Wait Area.

Charging Stations
If you have an electric car, you can find charging stations at Terminal B 3rd floor parking and Terminal C/D 2nd floor parking. All the charging stations are capable of Level II charging, bringing electric cars to a full charge within 4-6 hours.
If you’re planning to leave your car overnight or for longer, finding an off-site parking lot is most cost-effective option. When it comes to long-term parking, LaGuardia International Airport only allows for parking for 30 days. If you want to park at LaGuardia airport long term, you’ll have to contact ABM at your arrival and give them your information and estimated days of parking. Otherwise, your car will be towed at your own expense after 30 days.

Car services
According to Port Authority, 75 percent of LGA travelers use a taxi or car service. If you’re looking to take a taxi from LaGuardia, keep in mind that the taxis are metered and can be found at the taxi stand by each terminal. Only use taxis that are official NYC yellow taxis.
Services like Uber and Lyft are heavily used in New York, so much so that there are designated waiting areas for for-hire vehicles. If you’re taking an Uber or Lyft from LGA at Terminals A, C or D, your designated area is by arrivals or baggage claim. If you’re exiting from Terminal B, you’ll want to wait for your driver on Level 2 of the parking garage in the blue covered walkway.
Shuttle service

Public transportation
It’s possible to get to and from LaGuardia with public transportation. Although you won’t be able to get to LaGuardia directly through the subway or the train, you can use the bus to get to the airport. MTA bus line M60 can take you from LGA to Manhattan, dropping you off at 106th Street and Broadway. It runs from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. throughout the week. Transferring from there, subways that can take you closer to your destination. To get to the airport from Queens, take the Q33, Q47 or Q48.

This is changing soon, as the airport is going through the process of an $8 billion dollar revamp over the next few years and has unveiled a newly-renovated Terminal B. With midtown Manhattan only eight miles away, LaGuardia is a hub for business and leisure travelers alike.
If you’re going to LGA to pick up a loved one, you can take advantage of the B Wait Area, a parking area designed for those waiting to pick up travelers from the airport. It’s located near Terminal A and is free for the first three hours.

Marine Air Terminal: Terminal A
This terminal serves flights from airlines Delta Airlines, Delta Shuttle to Chicago, Boston, and Washington. One of the best food places to try out in Terminal A is Yankee Clipper, where you’ll find grab-and-go sandwiches and other snacks.
Central Terminal Building: Terminal B
Newly-renovated, Terminal B is a breath of fresh air with its 50-foot-high ceilings and warm natural light. It offers different dining options from the beloved Shake Shack to a cocktail bar. A frequent LGA Terminal B traveler favorite is the sit-down restaurant Figs. The airport is also incorporating the usage of iPads to help shorten wait times.
