Customers must present a barcode confirmation, email confirmation, or show their reservation through a smartphone or app. Printout is advised but not required.
On arrival, customers will check in at the office, We will issue them a Parking Ticket for pickup instructions and our shuttle will transport them to their terminal immediately.

Shuttle runs 24/7 every 15 minutes upon request. Shuttles cover all terminals at LGA.
