when i called for the shuttle bus they asked for my cell # then i received a text with a track the shuttle app it kept on saying 17 minutes and the shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes, bad app

Although there are not a lot of spaces available, the shuttle was at the airport to pick me up in about 10 minutes

The parking was easy and quickly accessible to the airport. All staff were kind, smiling, and helpful. One of the best factors aside form the above is the GPS locating system they have to connect with passengers upon pick-up. From the phone, you can track the pick-up van to you. Thank you for a great experience! This will be my choice of parking from here on out.

Directions to the parking lot were good till it was time to pull into the lot,signage was a bit confusing then it was difficult to find where we had to go for the parking tag. Signage meeds to improve so first time users are befuddled. Overall we has a good experience and would park there again.

The employees at the Aloft hotel including the shuttle driver were very courteous and helpful. It was easy to find a parking spot. Car was safe. I will definitely park here when I travel from LaGuardia going forward.

We have used multiple parking services over the years and this, by far, was one of the best experiences we have had. There was virtually no wait time for transport both to and from the airport, the shuttle looked brand new and squeaky clean and the attendants were extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this service.
