Guests must check in with parking attendant and present a PRINTED copy of the Reservation Receipt. There is a guest waiting lounge. Guests will be notified when shuttle is arriving.
Parking instructions
• Please report to the Valet Parking entrance at 136-20 38th Ave Flushing, NY 11354 (located on 38th ave between Main Street and 138th St – we will be on the right-hand side just before the stop sign)
• Guests must check in with parking attendant and present a PRINTED copy of the Reservation Receipt. There is a guest waiting lounge. Guests will be notified when shuttle is arriving.
• Prepaid fee is based on sedan vehicles.
• SUVs additional $5 Daily and Oversized vehicles $10 Daily due at check out.
• This discounted rate is exclusive to Way.com and will not be honored onsite. Drive-up rate may be 25–40% higher.
• Only one reservation will be honored per customer. Extensions/Overstays must be paid to the lot directly based on our daily rates.
• Please remove valuables from your vehicle. Facility or Website are not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Garage is not responsible for mechanical failures or flat tires.
• Garage will not accept vehicles with breathalyzers.
• SHUTTLE FILLS UP FASTER. IF THE SHUTTLE IS FULL, THE CUSTOMER MUST WAIT AN HOUR FOR THE NEXT SHUTTLE. PROPERTY NOR WAY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO TAKE ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION AND WILL NOT PAY FOR THEIR COST.
• Shuttle only operates ONCE and hour – 30 minutes past the hour starting at 6:30am. (Example: 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am)
• This lot has a height restriction of 7 feet 7 inches.
• Note: This location operates Mon-Fri from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM, and Sat-Sun from 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

Garage is open 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday-Friday, and 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Saturday-Sunday.
