Arrival Info
Upon arrival at the hotel please pull up to the valet along the driveway. The valet will give you a claim ticket for your vehicle and you will give them your car keys. Do not leave keys in the car. If in need of a shuttle, you can request it with valet. Valet operating is 24/7
If you are parking a large SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $10/day. Clearance Height is 12 FT \
If you need to stay longer than your reservation period, the reservation cannot be extended and you will be required to pay the regular rate for any additional hours or days.
Airport Transportation
The hotel offer a complimentary shuttle to and from LaGuardia Airport. The shuttle hours are from 4am-1am and runs every hour at the top of the hour.
Please note: In the event of mechanical emergencies with the shuttle or delays due to traffic, we do not reimburse cost of alternate transportation.
