Beginning July 24, 2020, NU Hotel Toronto Airport will offer curbside valet parking service ONLY for the time being. Once the customer checks in at the lot, a NU Hotel Toronto Airport valet driver will accompany the customer in their own car to the airport Viscount station curbside, drop the customer off, then drive their car back and park it at the lot.

- Face coverings/masks are required by all guests and hotel staff at all times.
- Plexiglass has been installed at the front desk to add separation between staff and guests checking in.
- Markings on the floor to help guests properly social distance.
- After a guest checks out of their room, housekeeping will do a thorough cleaning and then the room will be left vacant for 48 hours before it is made available again.

NU Airport Parking is located 5 minutes from Pearson Airport and is open 24 hours a day. You will be transported from your car to and from YYZ any time of the day or night for free.
Please arrive at NU Airport Parking 30-40 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. Offering a continuous shuttle to airport terminals T1 and T3.
Upon arrival, pay for your parking at the check-in counter. Additional charges will apply to larger vehicles (i.e. above 7 seats vehicles like cargo vans, large pick-up trucks, motor homes and trailers) which you will be charged upon check-in. You will be directed where to park.
Car care services are also available - please inquire when you check in.
NU Airport Parking is located close to Pearson Airport and is open 24 hours a day. There are two terminals T1 and T3.
If you are in T1, follow the signs to Ground Transportation which takes you to Ground Level, exit towards right and go to Post S-5 (Shuttle Pick Up ). Shuttle cannot stay longer than 3 minutes due to busy point, so after reaching Post S5, call the hotel for pick up, and they will be there in 15 to 25 minutes to pick you up.
If you are in T3 , then follow the directions for Post 13, which is outside of Arrival level. Shuttle cannot stay longer than 3 Mins due to busy point, so after reaching Post 17, call the hotel for pick up, and they will be there in 15 to 25 minutes to pick you up.
