Curbside parking will be completed via the following method at Jetway:
Step 1: Please arrive at 934 Dixon Rd, Toronto, ON M9W 1J9 and we will complete your check-in process. You may wish to purchase any add-ons for your car ex: car detailing or services to be completed when you are on vacation.
Step 2: The shuttle driver will take you to the airport using your vehicle.
Step 3: When you have gathered your luggage, call 416-675-3329/416-270-3164 and your car will be brought to you.

Safety Measures
Jetway Airport Parking ensures safety of our customers vehicle at all times. We have security camera's all around the parking lot with live footage at the front desk. We are open 24/7 therefore your car is always monitored by our professional team. In addition, we have increased our employees who surveillance the property every 30 minutes.

Arrival Info
When you arrive to Jetway Airport Parking, please pull up to the sign that says "CHECK - IN." A friendly customer server will complete your check-in with any additional information required. Please note you will need to sign a waiver form when you arrive. This is a Valet Parking lot therefore you keys will need to remain with us. Rest assured we will keep it in a safe until time of your return.
We also offer additional car wash and detailing services that may be of interest to you. If you would like to have a clean interior and exterior car wash please let us know at time of check-in.
We do not self-parking services, shuttle services will only be given to those who choose Valet Parking. Before leaving your vehicle, kindly take note of the odometer reading and take clear, time-stamped pictures of your car before drop-off for any potential damages. Please do not leave any personal belongings inside, as we are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Before leaving, please inspect your vehicle, if there are any discrepancies please inform a staff member immediately. Complaints can be sent to jetwaycomplaints@outlook.ca

Airport Transportation
Once your are checked - in which usually takes less than 5 minutes, we will take you to the airport shortly after. We run our shuttle on demand based, therefore you do not have to wait for a certain time of drop-off. Please be mindful of the time you are putting down for check-in, this allows us to ensure we have a driver ready to take you as soon as you arrive.
