The parking lot and your vehicle are accessible 24/7 with shuttle service between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM each day. Please contact hotel guest services with any questions.
Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance to the parking lot and self-park your vehicle. Keep both your reservation confirmation and the parking ticket - you will need both when you return to retrieve your vehicle.
Airport Transportation
The Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the San Jose Mineta International Airport between the hours of 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. Shuttles depart from main entrance of the Hotel every 20 minutes.
Airport and pick-up at the terminals: After collecting your luggage please call 408-453-4000 for shuttle pickup instructions.
