The parking lot is open 24 hours, 7 days per week. Effective 6/13/2025, shuttle service between the hotel and San Jose Mineta International Airport departs from the hotel every hour on the hour between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. No shuttle service is available outside these hours. Please contact hotel guest services with any questions.
Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance to the parking lot and self-park your vehicle. Keep both your reservation confirmation and the parking ticket - you will need both when you return to retrieve your vehicle.
Airport Transportation
The Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to San Jose Mineta International Airport from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. Shuttles depart from main entrance of the Hotel every hour on the hour during this time. For shuttle pick-up at the airport, after collecting your baggage, call 408-453-4000. Shuttle service is available from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM; customers are responsible for their own transportation outside these hours.
