Arrival Info

The airport recommends an arrival time of 1 1/2 hours prior for domestic flights and 2 hours prior for international flights.

1. When you arrive, scan bar code at the standing box with the red flashing lights. Hold the Bar Code 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved" and proceed to shuttle pickup area. 

2. When exiting, scan your Bar Code again at the round free standing box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open, and you're free to go! Please be aware: If you are exiting past the date and/or time you provided when booking your reservation you will be charged for the additional day(s).  The gate will not open until you pay for the additional day(s)

Airport Transportation

Shuttle service runs to and from the airport 4:00AM - 12:30AM. There is currently no shuttle service between 12:30AM and 4AM.

During the following time frames, shuttle service operates on a half hourly basis.  There is no need to call to request for service during these specific time periods:

4:00AM - 12:30AM

Once again, during these times, you do not have to call to request service.  For drop off service, please wait at either of the two booths marked "Shuttle Pickup" in the parking lot and the shuttle will run automatically.   For pick up service at the airport, simply wait on the departures level, center island at the hotel shuttles sign and the shuttle will come automatically.
