The motel’s phone system did not work correctly the night of my return. It was one and one half hours following my initial call (and multiple messages) before I was picked up at the airport to retrieve my car. The worker was most apologetic, and did what she could to remedy the situation.
If you want a close and inexpensive place it’s a good choice
Close to the airport, very friendly staff and always a good price. We’ve parked there several times and have never had to wait long for drop off or pick up.
I use SeaTac Crest Inn because it is easy to get to as I come from the south on I-5. And going home after my trip is super easy from this parking lot. With them, I always know what to expect.
The gentlemen at the front was slow and not helpful. He didn't offer to open door and put luggage in the Van. He didn't get out to get your bags out or say anything. He asked if I wanted to walk to the airport because it was a block away (It was not a block away FYI). I told him to shuttle me over and almost missed my flight. After trip, I called for pickup. He didn’t bother to come out of Van to greet me or offer to put my luggage in the back. On the way back to my car, he was on his phone doing a personal call and not very engaging.
People are always very nice. Inexpensive parking. Pick up times can be a wait.

Returned at 11pm. clerk at the motel made fresh coffee for me to stay awake on my 2 1/2 hr. drive back to Port Angeles.
March 31- April 3, 2019. We arrived at the facility at 0830 on 3/31. Despite having a reservation through Airport Parking, I was told they were full and that I should have called them direct. Was told they would try to fit me in. I did the paperwork and was told to park my car in the space in front of the lobby door and leave my keys. I took a picture of the mileage at 0835, got in the shuttle and dropped off at Seatac just before 9 am. On return in the evening of 4/3/19, car was located in the front lot. I started the vehicle and compared the mileage knowing the car had been moved as it was not where I had left it. I noted approx. 15 addition mile on the odometer and the Low Fuel light on. I made contact with the desk clerk and she had nothing to say other than they don't take the cars off the lot. On arrival home, I was able to pull up my Allstate Drivewise account. It showed that on 3/31, 2 hours after I flew out of Seattle, my vehicle was driven from 1159-1213, 7.1 miles at average speed of 33mph. An hour later, driven again 1328-1342, 6.3 miles at average speed of 33mph. No movement on 4/1. 4/2, car was on from 0655-0700 moving .5 miles at 10mph and again started 1304-1305 with no movement. 4/3 car started 0938-0939, not moved. I started the car for my trip home at 2319. I made contact with Seatac Crest a couple days later as I had not received a call back. They were in full denial that the car left their lot. When I said I had proof and read it to them, they said I must have had a 2nd key and drove it myself. They then stated they do have another lot about a block away they may have taken it too. I said that still doesn't explain 15 miles. I asked for all money back. they stated they would talk to the lot attendants and get back to me. I had to call a few days later and explain everything all over again and they reluctantly said they would credit me only what I paid them and not the $11.99 I paid Airport Parking for the reservation. Credit was issued on my card a few days later. I will not use them again.

We just had an excellent experience with the Seatac Crest motor inn. The staff were efficient and friendly. The shuttle took longer than most shuttles to come however the staff at the hotel had warned us that it could take up to 30 minutes so we expected it and didn’t mind the wait. The service and quality of the experience we had was excellent for the price we paid and we would definitely use them again.
The clerk and driver were very Friendly and the check in service was fast . The driver told us what we had to do and where to be when we returned from our trip . When we returned they picked us up less than 5 minutes and that airport was very busy. The driver was very friendly. Also our car was out front waiting for us . This is the best parking place . My husband is retired Army and we are both Department of Defense workers , I will spread the word around JOINT BASE LEWIS MCCHORD. Thank you !!!!
The phone kiosk number did not work. I had to call on my personal cell phone to reach them. The number just rang "busy". Instructions should be updated for this or checked to determine if functioning.
Good reception at hotel front desk when I dropped off my car and both shuttle drivers were very courteous.

I called them and talked with the manager about the smoke smell in my car and the sun protector issue. The manager was rude and defensive. I won't park here again and will leave a bad review on Yelp. Very disappointed.
