Arrival Info
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to desired airport arrival time. Stop by front desk of hotel to register your vehicle. Park only in main, gated hotel lot in blue outlined spaces. Use intercom to gain entry.
Please make sure to register your vehicle with the front desk. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
Be sure to contact the hotel if your trip is extended so your vehicle registration can be extended.
We cannot accept vehicles with attached trailers, tractor trailers, or recreational vehicles (RVs).

I’ve used this service multiple times…and love it! Staff is courteous and extremely helpful and I love the convenience of not having to search and search for a parking space at the airport! Plus, it’s cheaper! The only thing that could make it better is if there was covered parking, but not a big deal!

Got our bags and called the hotel. They gave us directions where to meet the shuttle. We arrived at the location 4:45 and was told the shuttle would be leaving at 5:00. 50 minutes later and after three phone calls they arrived. Never again ….

Would be nice to have easier check-in, more freq shuttles, and an option to pay a little more for covered parking. Also, spaces are too narrow!

On return when I tried to phone Hoel the phone just rang busy. Was unable to reach hotel for pick up so I had to take an Uber to hotel. Cost of Uber was $8.97. No help from hotel when I returned.

I am glad that I found the Courtyard Marriott option. I paid less to park for 4 days ($31) than what uber was charging to just take me to airport ($38)!

Parking here saves money, and takes no longer than airport long term parking. The shuttle wait is usually less than at the airport.

the parking is about 5 mins from the airport but we had to wait 3 calls and 45 minutes later to be picked up....the girl at hotel desk ..Eubie..must have forgotten to tell the girl to go pick us up even though we called 3 times....Finally Nelly picked us up and informed us that they were short staffed and Eubie was alone so probably forgot about sending someone for us...we park here always and have never had a problem ...unfortunately this time it was a terrible experience .... Nelly was very nice and tried to make a bad into a good...
