Arrival Info
Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel's front entrance, under the porte-cochère. Check in at the front desk and provide your confirmation email. You will sign a form, receive a parking pass (to be displayed on your dashboard), and sign up for the next available shuttle. Front desk staff will guide you to the designated long-term parking area.
Please Note: Ensure you allow adequate time for the check-in process and boarding the shuttle. Seating is first-come, first-served for those who did not pre-book their spot 24 hours in advance, and a seat on the very next shuttle is not guaranteed
Airport Transportation
Our shuttle runs from 4 AM - 12 PM and again from 4 PM - 12 AM. Our shuttle leaves the hotel promptly on the hour.
Please note: this is a scheduled service and does not operate on demand. Customers must call the hotel at least 24 hours in advance in order to confirm a spot on the shuttle.
