Airport Construction Notice: Terminal 3 will be closed to pick-ups and drop-offs from 10P - 6A, from 2/08 - 4/26. PreFlight buses will only service Terminal 4 during those times. Departing passengers should arrive 15 - 30 minutes early as they will be dropped at Terminal 4 and must take the SkyTrain to Terminal 3. Arriving passengers must take the SkyTrain to Terminal 4 to catch the PreFlight bus.

PreFlight Parking is located on 44th St, just north of the airport.*

ROOFTOP (UNCOVERED) – Arrival Instructions:

  • Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and retain for exit purposes. Proceed to the Rooftop / Level 3 of the parking facility and park in any space not marked as 'Reserved'. Take the closest elevator down to the lobby level for shuttle service to the airport.

COVERED – Arrival Instructions:

  • Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and retain for exit purposes. Proceed to the second floor. To get to the second floor, drive straight up the ramp after entering the facility. Once you are at the top of the ramp, please scan your ticket and enter through the gate.

Once parked, follow the signs to the nearest elevator lobby. Be sure to get a red slip from the attendant or shuttle driver for instructions on where to catch the shuttle when you return.

Prior to exiting the lot, please visit the cashier in the main (west) lobby. If a balance is due, payments can be made with credit/debit cards only. Cashiers cannot accept cash. 

Terminal 3 will be closed to pick-ups and drop-offs from 10 P.M. to 6 A.M., from 2/08 to 4/26. PreFlight buses will only service Terminal 4 during those times.

Airport Transportation

Complimentary shuttles to/from the terminal every 4 - 8 minutes.

For shuttle pick-up between 11PM - 8AM we ask you to text "# of people [ex: 2 for 2 ppl] & terminal # (3 or 4?)” to 480.925.9630 for shuttle service.
