PreFlight Airport Parking COVID-19 Response:
PreFlight has made several changes to ensure your safety and that of their employees. They are open 24/7 but with a reduced shuttle service. They ask that you call for pick-up from the airport upon your return.
They value the health and well-being of their customers and employees. They want you to know that their company is taking every precaution that they can to ensure your safety. They have arranged to have extra hand washing stations and sanitizers available. They take their employee’s temperature before they start their shift. If any of their employees become sick they will stay home with pay per their sick pay policies. The best defense against COVID-19 is to avoid contact with high touch areas, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds frequently and avoid touching your face. They are practicing these guidelines and hope you do too. Stay safe!
Additional steps for a safer experience:
• They have temporarily discontinued our luggage assistance service.
• They are limiting the number of passengers on each bus to promote social distancing. They ask passengers to leave at least one empty seat between parties.
• They're frequently cleaning high touch areas on the buses, lobbies, access equipment and employee areas.
• PreFlight requires their customers to wear a face covering while on the shuttle. Their employees are required to wear a mask at all times.
• PreFlight is a self-park facility. You park and lock your car and no one enters your vehicle.
• Their locations are cashless. Payments can be made with a credit or debit card.
The parking lot and your vehicle is accessible 24/7
Shuttles leave every 5-7 minutes. Time to the Philadelphia Airport terminals is approximately 6-8 minutes.
Self Indoor parking option has extra-wide spaces. Be sure to park where the greeter directs you. Wait at your vehicle for the shuttle bus.
For Self Uncovered option, follow the signs to the "active" parking row and park anywhere in that row. A shuttle bus will pick you up within 5 minutes.
For either option, be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver, so you know where to have the shuttle drop you on your return.
Please call and provide 24-hour notice if you will need a wheelchair-accessible shuttle. If arriving between midnight and 8:00 AM, please call the office so PreFlight can dispatch a shuttle to you.
