Basically just a large fenced in lot with a small building for an attendant. I have to admit I was a little nervous about the safety of my car when I dropped it off- but the shuttle was clean, fast, and picked us up and dropped us off right next to our car. Overall an excellent experience.

We were picked up as soon as we parked our car and it took only about 10 - 12 minutes to get to the airport. The shuttle did stop to pick someone else up at a hotel nearby. When we returned we were picked up in about 15 minutes from when we called. Both drivers were very courteous and friendly.

Our shuttle took us immediately to and from the airport - no waiting! Our car was ready for us when we pulled back into the parking lot after a long trip so their promptness was very much appreciated. We will use them again.

This was such a convenient way to park. Everything went smoothly. The only issue I had was that the website said it was valet parking, which I was a little uncomfortable with, but actually, the gate attendant told me to self-parked. Overall, I will use Park N Jet anytime I fly out of O'Hare.

Making the online reservation was quick and easy. We pulled in and they held the shuttle for us, so we were able to walk right on. We saw the shuttle when we exited the airport but knew we couldn’t catch it, so we called for a pickup, expecting to wait for the next shuttle. However, the shuttle was immediately stopped and waited for us to jump on. The drivers were helpful with our bags and very courteous.

This was a fabulous place to park. Not only was the shuttle ride between the lot and the airport fast, we barely had to wait on either end before getting on the shuttle. Even our 3 hour flight delay didn’t impact the timing. This will definitely be our go to if we fly out of O’Hare again.

I have used Park N' Jet many times over many years of travel. I find it very easy to go to and from the airport. It is much quicker than other locations as I never have to wait for a half hour for a shuttle runs only every 30 minutes.

We were not sure about parking. Friend of us tell us about Parking Jets. It was amazing we got there before our check in time, and they let us in park, we wait less then 5 minutes for the shuttle. Very friendly and helpful. On our way back from our trip we call wait 10 minutes and we got pick up. I Recommended 100% great services

Great service - it was very busy at the International terminal so the shuttle took a bit to get to us but the drver was grest snd our car was ready and waiting for us to pull out!!

This was a perfect place to stay. Gated lot with an attendant. When we returned our truck was waiting and running for us with the A/C on so we were able to climb into a cool vehicle.

This was our first time using park n jet or ABT parking place for the airport and let me tell you this was an awesome experience they are open 24/7 and the staff are friendly courteous and helpful as well! You park there get on a shuttle which they have going like every 5-10 mins which is awesome Thank you park n jet
