Operation Hours

The parking lot and your vehicle is accessible:

Arrival Info

Please allow an additional 20 minutes to park your vehicle and 30-40 minutes for the complimentary shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.

Arriving to hotel:

1) Upon arrival, enter off Mannheim Road, park in the 20-minutes area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information. 

2) Please bring your reservation receipt and write down the license plate number prior check-in. The front desk will take care of any outstanding balance and provide you with a parking tag. 

3) Once you have the parking tag, please hang the tag on the rearview mirror and park your car in the north lot directly next to Allstate arena. (Do not park on Allstate arena property as you will be towed)

4) Proceed to board the shuttle at the front door canopy of the hotel.

PARKING TAG: Please display in your vehicle once your vehicle is parked in the back lot. If the tag is not displaced or if your vehicle is not parked in the designated parking lot, vehicles will be towed on the owner’s expense.  

Please note: This facility can only accommodate regular-sized cars and SUVs. Any type of trucks or buses will not be allowed to park on the Hyatt Place O'Hare lot.

Airport Transportation

Hotel shuttle hours effective November 1st , 2020

- 6:00 am – 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

- Domestic arrival pickup located at the bus/shuttle center, door 2 (located on the ground level of the parking garage across from the Hilton)

- International arrival pickup located at Door 5E, lower level of the international terminal
