The parking lot and your vehicle is accessible:

Arrival Info

Please allow an additional 45-60 minutes to park and shuttle to your terminal.

Upon arrival, park in the 20-minutes area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the front desk for check-in.

Please bring your reservation receipt and write down the license plate number. The front desk will take care of any balance and provide you a parking tag.

Please hang the tag on the rearview mirror and park your car in the north lot directly next to Allstate arena. If the tag is not displaced or if you are not parked in the designated parking lot, vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

We can only accommodate regular-sized cars and SUVs. Any type of trucks or buses will not be allowed to park on the Hyatt Place lot.

Airport Transportation

Currently, shuttle hours are 5:00AM – 10:30PM from Monday - Sunday

Shuttles run every 40 minutes beginning at 5:00AM with the last shuttle to O'Hare at 10:00PM from Monday - Sunday. Shuttle passengers are encouraged to arrive at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their desired terminal arrival time.

 Upon return to Chicago, please wait at Terminal 2, Arrivals, (lower level) Middle Lane, Door C The guests must be outside and actively looking for the Shuttle.  Please make sure you board the correct Hyatt shuttle as there are 3 Hyatt properties in the area.

Passengers returning to terminal 5, which include international and some domestic, will need to call 224-563-1800 Ext 0 for pick up service. Be aware that last shuttle leaves O'Hare for The Hyatt Place at 10:00PM.
