Arrival Info
- Check-in is not available on Fridays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
- The gate stays closed from midnight until 3:00 AM. If you show up during these hours and it’s locked, just give the parking lot a call for help.
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. During busy times, aim to get to VIP Airport Parking at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before your flight.
- Guests should show a copy of their reservation receipt when they arrive, either on their phone or as a printed version.
- When you get back to Oakland Airport, give a call to 510-430-1682 or send a text to 510-542-1651 as soon as you’ve picked up all your luggage.
- Oversized vehicles and 10-seat passenger vans are not permitted.
- Save a tree—show your reservation on your phone.
- Please note: Customers may be asked to leave their keys when the lot is full or busy.
