Announcement from Shepard Road Airport Parking:
- Check for Reservation Confirmation QR Code in Junk/Spam folder if not found in Primary Email
- Park in your reserved area if Lot chosen and Ramp is where vehicle parks, customer will be responsible for additional charges
- Beginning on 10/6/21 drop-off area will be relocated to current pickup location at Terminal 1
- Do not pull a ticket or press button for a ticket, instead scan your QR Code on the scanner on the left side of the kiosk from your Reservation Confirmation when arriving and exiting to deduct the pre-paid amount.

Arrival Info
On arrival, scan your bar code at the reserved uncovered lot or covered ramp. Do not pull a ticket. For assistance, please see the cashier in the ramp office prior to entering.
Stays that extend past the reserved date/time or park in the covered when uncovered was booked are subject to additional charges.
Ramp levels 1-3 are covered. Level 3.5 and 4 are uncovered. Covered parking first comes, first served basis. Covered parking is not guaranteed. No reimbursement if you pre-pay for covered parking and are unable to park in a covered spot.
No refunds on-site If you pula and pay for your ticket. Prepaid reservations MUST be scanned in and out.
Oversized vehicles or trucks with trailers are subject to a $40 per day charge.
