1. Grab garage ticket dispensed at garage entrance 2. Please hold on to ticket. It will be validated when you return. 3. If ticket is lost, you will be responsible for lost ticket fee. We suggest leaving the ticket on dashboard 4. Park on any level 5. Use elevator on the east side to check-in and receive shuttle information. 6. You must validate the ticket when you return. If you do not the garage will charge to exit.

Airport Transportation

Complimentary shuttle service runs every 15-30 minutes from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Our shuttle is free for up to 4 people in your group. There is an additional cost of $10 round trip for each additional person. This would be due in cash. If wait time for a shuttle becomes too long due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, Safe Cruise Parking is NOT responsible for the cost of alternative transportation.The last shuttle is at 2:00 and we recommend arriving at least 15 min before that time so they have plenty of time to check-in. We are not responsible for missed voyages.

Parking spot is not given properly on the Google Maps. It took some time to get to proper location. After parking the Car, I boarded Shuttle for Cruise. We were sitting in the Shuttle for 35 minutes waiting for another passenger. While returning is was quick and easy with much waiting.

Hardest part of parking at Safe is to find the lot. As we've used their services 6 times this year that's not a problem. All workers are efficient and courteous and make the experience pleasant. When leaving the ship they station a worker at the exit to assist new clients where to wait for the shuttle back. Usually it arrives quickly, but if you just miss one it takes longer.

Was misleading because when booked it said we were going to park in a garage. Not under a bridge with homeless everywhere and when we got back human feces next to our car. Totally unacceptable!

The Lot was easy to find, the attendants were friendly and the price was fair. But!! The Lot is surrounded by homeless individuals In makeshift homes and there was tons of trash. I sat in my car in the Lot waiting for the attendant, and felt bad that I was going on a cruise. I did not feel comfortable. I have used your companies services several times in the past and each time has been in a different Lot. But Lot 33 was heartbreaking and smelled like urine. This situation is had to control, but I was caught off guard and it was impacting. If you park at Lot 33 you will be surrounded by a homeless camp. They will not bother you, just be prepared.

Shuttle waited almost 25 min for last passengers to arrive, in spite of the fact that most of us had check in res at ship for 11 AM. The original res was moved to another lot and we did not get notice until right before our res. The place we parked ended up being under the highway ramps/overpasses in a pretty sketchy area. It was fenced and looked secure but lots of people hanging around outside the fence that looked like they might be homeless. Probably would not use again.

Cruise Safe Parking is a perfect option when cruising from the Port of Miami. The lot is secure. They have a simple system which allows shuttle to happen quickly and efficiently. The return trip there was a little confusion between drivers, with tempers flaring but overall this company provides an excellent service.

I would you advise customers to use their GPS to find your entrance...Not easy to find for a 1st timer off of I 95 The driver who picked us up on 2.8.20 was EXCELLENT...found us easily, helped me and was very kind...great work on his part

We were told our car was going to be parked in the covered high rise lot. It was parked outside and covered with bird crap - cost as much to clean it as parking in the port lot. Never again. We don't know if our tire was vandalized or not - but it was almost completely flat - taking to tire center tomorrow to see what issue is.
