Arrival Info

ARRIVAL (Garage Facility)

• Take a ticket from the machine.
• Park on the 7th, 8th, or 9th level — Pink or Green areas UNCOVERED only.
• Take the HOTEL ELEVATOR to the first level and proceed to the Check-In Area.
• Provide your Reservation #, Name, and License Plate.
• The attendant will provide you with a QR code for validation.

Check-In Requirements

At the time of check-in, you must provide the following information:

• Reservation information
• Number of guests traveling
• Name of ship
• Vehicle license plate number

VEHICLE HEIGHT RESTRICTION

The garage has a maximum height clearance of 6'7".

Airport Transportation

CHECK-IN & SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

• Check-in begins at 10:30 AM
• The first shuttle departs at 11:00 AM
• The last shuttle departs at 2:30 PM
• Shuttles run every 30–45 minutes (some terminals may experience longer waits).
• If a shuttle is full, it may pass by without stopping— another will be dispatched.
• Shuttle service is a courtesy, not a paid transportation service.
• Shuttles transport up to 4 passengers per reservation.
• No refunds for Uber, Lyft, or taxi fares.

 Transportation is not aligned with cruise check-in times. Guests arriving after shuttle hours may park on the 8th floor UNCOVERED and must arrange private transportation to the Port of Miami via Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

SHUTTLE POLICY

• Shuttle service is complimentary
• Transportation is limited to 4 passengers per reservation
• Groups exceeding 4 passengers must drop off additional guests at the port prior to parking
