Arrival Info
When you arrive, when entering you must show the parking attendant at the door your reservation for validation. proceed to the 8th Level and show your email confirmation to the attendant on your smartphone or as a printout. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space.
All vehicles must park from the 8th level. Any vehicles parked on levels below without authorization will be subject to fines or towing.

NOTE: THERE IS NO IN & OUT AT THIS FACILITY. ANY VEHICLE ATTEMPTING A RE-ENTRY WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES, TIRE BOOTING, OR TOWING.

Airport Transportation
SHUTTLE SERVICE
Check-in starts at 10:30 AM and the first shuttle leaves the garage to port at 11:00 am. The Last shuttle leaves the garage at 2:30 PM; if you arrive after hours, you may park on the 8th floor and arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via UBER, LYFT, or Taxi.
THE SHUTTLE IS COMPLEMENTARY AND TRANSPORTS 4 PASSENGERS MAX PER RESERVATION. IF YOUR GROUP IS OVER 4 PEOPLE, YOU MUST DROP THEM AT THE PORT. WE DO NOT REFUND UBER, LYFT, OR TAXI
