Arrival Info
Once you arrive, please head to the front desk to check in. Be ready to present your booking confirmation to obtain your parking pass. We ask that you display this pass on your rearview mirror or front windshield and back into your space. You may choose any available marked space on the lot.
Shuttle pick-up location from the lot is the Lobby.
Be sure to secure your vehicle as we are not responsible for damage or theft to your vehicle or vehicle’s contents.
Airport Transportation
Take advantage of our complimentary shuttle running daily every 60 minutes 5 AM - 10 PM. Our shuttle does not run between 12 PM - 2 PM. Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to or from the airport between these times.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests must call or text us at +1 (407) 204-0638 to request a ride. We will send you a link to request and track your shuttle. Can only be requested once you are ready for pick-up or drop off (no requests in advance permitted).
We pick up/drop off at Terminals A & B only. Customers can take the Terminal Link to get to and from Terminals B & C.
