Arrival Info
All arriving customers must pull a ticket at the gates in order to park. Upon returning to the hotel, prior to exiting the gates, present your reservation receipt (digital copy or printed on paper) to the valet attendant. The Valet Attendant will issue parking validation that you will use at the gates in order to exit the parking lot.
If you have stayed past your reservation end date/time, you will be required to pay the additional balance at the posted rate(s) listed at the lot.
Shuttle departs every 15 minutes on the hour. Shuttle pick-up is on the hotel's 1st floor (Ground Floor).
Airport Transportation
- Shuttle hours are 4:00am to 12am departs every 15 minutes on the hour and 12am to 4am every 30 minutes
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before shuttle departure.
- Shuttle is on demand on arrival back to Orlando, please call 407-856-0100 for shuttle pick up.
