Arrival Info
Once you arrive, please head to the front desk to check in. Be ready to present your booking confirmation to obtain your parking pass. We ask that you display this pass on your rearview mirror or front windshield and back into your space. You may choose any available marked space on the lot.
Be sure to secure your vehicle as we are not responsible for damage or theft to your vehicle or vehicle’s contents.
Airport Transportation
Our shuttle runs Every 60 mins on the hour. 5AM – 12PM, 2PM-10PM. Guest's who need shuttle service between 12 pm - 2 pm will need to arrange transportation to or from the airport on their own.
Please contact the hotel at 407-856-8896 prior to check in to request ride and schedule your shuttle service . Shuttle pick-up location from the lot is the Lobby.
We pick up/drop off at Terminals A & B only. Customers can take the Terminal Link to get to and from Terminals B & C.
