Please arrive 20 minutes from the time you would like to be at the airport. Your reservation includes 1 free round trip to the airport. Additional trips are chargeable at $9.99 per trip.
Upon arriving, please check-in at the central office under the canopy, and present a printed copy of your reservation confirmation. This is also where they will collect your luggage & ask you to provide your return flight information. This includes your arriving airline, flight number and arrival time.
Once the check-in process is complete, the shuttle driver will show you where to park. You will also be provided your parking ticket. This ticket will be used on the return to the lot to locate your vehicle

Shuttle service is available on demand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may experience wait times of up to 15-20 minutes

Had to wait ten minutes when we arrived; it was early in AM, but we were eager to get to airport. We were plenty early, so did not effect our flight check-in. Upon return at 10:30 PM, texted when we were ready and shuttle arrived in good time. Driver was great. Drivers hustled and were really nice on both ends!

Quick and easy! THEY TEXTED US when we landed from the plane with clear instructions on how to let them know we were ready for pick up. The driver opened the doors and loaded our bigger luggage for us. Definitely will use again!

We have always parked in the economy lot at the airport. I found Trueparkings on the internet so thought I would try it. I am very glad I did. It was very easy to get to, very close to the airport. You booked a spot online. Show up and check in at their location. They give you a parking space, you drive your car and park it in that spot. Their van follows you to your spot, picks you up and then proceeds to the airport. They give you a card with their phone number and your parking space on it, it is for you use when you return. I received an text from them on my scheduled return day that told me what ai needed to do when we got back to the airport. I followed their directions, waited about 3-4 minutes, the van was there, took us to our car. How easy was that. I well be using them again.

I was pleased with the service that I received when I had to park my car near the airport for over 10 days. The price was lower than competitors, the shuttle vans were clean and fully operational, the drivers were very polite and helpful with my bags. I felt safe leaving my car and riding in the shuttle.

We arrived at "Trueparking - KC Airport" for departure approximately 2 hours prior to our flight's time on January 12, 2024. We live over forty miles away from KCI. When we started our drive up to the airport, the weather at our home had only a few snow drops falling but it was extremely cold. After ten minutes of drive time the weather worsen and traffic became almost stopped. I took a few side street and eventually arrived at Trueparking and the snow was sticking immediately upon falling, the ground was frozen and it was difficult moving a few steps at a time. When we arrived at Trueparking, since with my wife and I are both handicapped, it was a welcome relief seeing the van positioned where we did not have to fear falling to get into the van.
