Arrival Info

Please call ahead prior to your arrival to schedule your shuttle pick-up time at (310) 322-0700. The complimentary shuttle operates seven days a week from 5:30 AM to 12AM, providing service to and from the airport on demand, based on availability. 

Upon arrival, please follow the steps below:

• Present your reservation at the front desk to receive your promo code. 
• Take note of your vehicle’s license plate number.
• Scan the QR code available at the front desk and you will be directed to this website: https://lightningpay.propark.com/vb5/8ln/phone.
• Register your vehicle using your phone number and license plate number.
• Enter and apply the promo code during registration.
• The front desk will confirm the next available shuttle.
• Review the shuttle pickup instructions before departing.

Airport Transportation

The shuttle runs from 5:30am - 12:00am midnight.  You will need to call ahead to request a pickup time so we can sign you up.  Any failure to schedule ahead may result in a lack of availability.

From 5:30am - 1:30pm, shuttle runs on 30-minute intervals. There is a pickup timeslot at 2:30pm.  From 3:00pm - 12:00am midnight, the shuttle runs on 1-hour intervals.
