Due to COVID-19, shuttle service to and from LAX is currently unavailable.
- Face coverings/masks must be worn by customers and hotel staff at all times.
- Plexiglass installed at the hotel front desk for additional safety.
- Hand sanitizing stations in the hotel lobby and bathrooms.
- All hotel restaurants, gym, and pool are temporarily closed.
- Any group gatherings on hotel grounds are prohibited.
The parking lot and your vehicle is accessible 24/7
Upon arriving at the lot, enter the underground parking garage using the ramp located next to the front entrance. You can park in any spot, then take the elevator to Ground Level and proceed to the front desk to pick up your parking permit. You will need to go back to your vehicle to place the parking permit inside before leaving. Please have your confirmation ready and make note of your parking spot number to expedite the process.
**PLEASE NOTE: Height of the entrance to the hotel's covered parking structure measures at 6'6". If this is an issue for your vehicle, please consult with the hotel's front desk.
Departures from the hotel to LAX run on the following schedule:
From 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM - shuttle departs every 30 minutes, on the hour and half hour.
After 1:00 PM, the shuttle departs at the top of every hour starting at 2:00 PM.
**Please meet the driver at least 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time you prefer**
