Arrival Info
Please enter through the main gate and follow the signs for Check-In. Our staff will guide you to an available parking spot. Show your reservation confirmation (on your phone or printed). Our team can assist with luggage loading if needed. Once parked, proceed to the Shuttle Pick-Up Area.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your reserved parking time. This ensures enough time for check-in, parking, and shuttle transfer to the cruise port. Please be sure to keep your parking ticket with you and Store valuables out of sight.
Airport Transportation
Our shuttle runs 5 AM - 11:45 PM and departs every 20 minutes. The shuttle will drop you at the designated passenger area near the terminal entrance. Please keep your boarding documents handy for cruise check-in.
Please allow extra time during peak cruise boarding/disembarkation hours.
