"Premium Self Covered" guests may park in any open spot on the first floor with a short walk to our shuttle pickup area next to our customer lobby. Our shuttles rotate continuously and will pick you up upon arrival and assist you with luggage within five minutes.
"Self- Covered" Customers that book parking should park on level 4 only!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to when you want to arrive at the airport.
Self-Covered - Follow the "Self-Park" signs to and park anywhere on floor four.
Self-Rooftop - Follow the "Self-Park" signs to the roof level and park anywhere on the roof level.
Premium Self Covered - Follow "Self-Park" signs to second level. Push red call button as you enter and park anywhere on second floor. Please wait at your vehicle as one of the shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle.
All 4th and roof parkers, take the elevator down to the ground floor shuttle station. Oue shuttles depart every 5 minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The slip has directions on where to get picked up upon your return.
Airport Transportation
Shuttles run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, approximately every 6 - 8 minutes throughout the day.
For wheelchair accessible shuttles, please call PreFlight directly at least 30 minutes before you arrive at the facility so the PreFlight team can have a wheelchair accessible vehicle ready to take you to the airport. Upon your return, please call PreFlight as soon as possible as it may take up to 30 minutes for a wheelchair accessible vehicle to pick you up from the airport.

We parked for 18 days. We felt good that our vehicle was in a secure covered parking garage. Very easy shuttle to & from the Airport. We will this garage again when flying out of Hobby Airport.

They have two fine parking lots and the navigation took me to the wrong one luckily they are next door to each other and the lady assisting me guided me out and to the correct lot. However upon my return I was caught in the cancellation of my flight due to hurricane Beryl hitting Texas and all flights grounded meaning I could not get home when I was suppose to and I was charged a extra $25 to get out the parking lot for something that was a act of nature and out of my control. I was tired and wanted to get home after sitting in an airport for almost 13 hours I just paid. My car was ok besides the dirt on it from the rain and the extra charge should not have happened in my opinion. Would I use them again yes but I may put up a fight if I get charged again for something out of my control.

We have been using Fine Parking for all our airport parking needs for the past year. We have never had to wait on a shuttle and have found the drivers eager to assist us and pleasant to visit with. The only improvment I would suggest is that the document be updated for each parking lot now that Pre-Flight parking has been purchased next door to the original Fine Parking next to Hobby Airport. The instructions state that there is a 4th floor in this facility but it does not have a fourth floor. Additionally, the instructions state that a upon leaving the lot, we should go through an exit with a cashier at the exit. However, in this facilty there is no booth with a cashier. So we had to make a stop on the way out to go inside to complete our exit. This is not a big deal. However, I feel it needs to be addressed. We will continue to use Fine Airport Parking.

Courtesy Drivers need to forewarn customers to remember which garage they parked in. We parked in Garage 2 (but didn't know there was a Garage 1 and 2). When we returned to Hobby we went to the first "FINE" bus and were asked which garage we parked in. We were confused, I showed my paperwork and it said Garage 2 so the driver sent us to another bus, but when we went to where I parked the car it was not there. We had to go to the counter and they could not help us other than to try Garage 1 and they transported us there. Luckily we found our car in the location I had parked it. This was time consuming and an unnecessary event after midnight.

We did not go into Hobby 2 but Hobby 1. The second building had a different name so it was confusing. But the staff adjusted our account and was very forgiving. I like this parking structure because you have a wait lobby and it is stocked with complimentary drinks or snacks and it was staffed if you should need help. We also had a dead battery (left a light on for 5 days) and they jumped our battery and we were on our way. Also we found out due to AARP there are discounts available. We will definitely be back!

When I made my reservation my charge for 5 days was 44.95 but when i checked out it was 69.95 and I was charged an additional 29.72. As there is no attendant at the exit, there is no way to avoid paying! Next time I will verify charges at office before leaving!!

it is a great parking lot, location & pricing but it is a bit confusing. I was unsure where to park being it was my first time so it would help if there is a lot attendant upon entry to assist. There is a lot 1 & 2, no big deal they are side by side and I dont mind a few extra steps. Overall it was great yet confusing. I will definitely use this lot again for future travels now that I am more familiar with it

A little confusing with checking out. Had to park and go on the inside to get a voucher to scan to get out of the parking lot. Did not receive anything in email to scan. That was an inconvenience holding up traffic to back out to go inside.

The design of ramps and gates and exits, a dozen levels of rates, confusing and resrtictive payment systems are tough on a first-time user here. Fortunately, a Ms Kennedy in the office near the elevator, has the authority and the temperment to sort out your snafu.

Only negative is that you have to check out with an attendant. Would be helpful to have a barcode on the reservation to use for checking out. Not a dealbreaker, just a small annoyance

I wish there was an easier way this parking garage could gather details of where we parked exactly. Perhaps signs that remind us to take a picture of our car near landmarks. Or free tickets at the elevator area that say "You are on Floor 4".
