COVID-19 Instructions 5/1/2020 - 7/1/2020:
Please print confirmation and leave it on the dashboard. The only open entrance is the main entrance to the casino on Dania Beach Blvd. When you arrive at the entrance you will see a guard gate to the right, press the button, let security know you are there to park. You can either park to the right next to our Park By The Ports' buses or you can park in the back where we normally stage our customer vehicles next to the trailer.
Please keep in mind that there will not be any staff on duty. You must find your own transportation (Uber, Lyft, or taxi) to/from the cruise port.
Casino security operates 24/7 and will have surveillance for vehicles. Please call the lot if you have any questions.

PORT EVERGLADES CRUISE PORT CHECK IN:
The lot for Park By The Ports is located inside the Dania Beach Casino in the North West corner of the parking lot. Here an attendant will check you into the parking lot and remove your luggage to be placed onto shuttle. Please print out your receipt or have it ready on your mobile device.
This parking lot is accessible between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm seven days a week.
Check-In begins at 9:00 AM. Last check-in at 2:30 PM.
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM are the busiest hours to check in. Arrive later for quicker service & easier ship embarkation (no lines at the ship after 1:00 PM). Shuttle service is complimentary for up to 4 passengers (and luggage) - charge for additional passengers is $8/person. **No Balaeria/Bahamas Ferry parking**

Absolutely NO R/V or motor home Parking.

CHECK IN (ARRIVAL)/PICK UP (DEPARTURE) INSTRUCTIONS:
TO PORT EVERGLADES CRUISE PORT:
Drivers begin shuttling passengers to the cruise port after 9:00 AM, approximately every 20 minutes until 2:30 PM.
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM are the busiest hours to check in. Arrive later for quicker service
PORT EVERGLADES CRUISE PORT PICK UP:
Shuttles for pick-up from cruise port begin 7:00 AM.
Shuttles make rounds approximately every 20 minutes from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and approximately every 40+ minutes from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Disembark early in order to avoid delays and traffic. You do not need to call; simply wear the stickers you received upon arrival & look for vans that read "Park By The Ports."

Holiday Times - Park by the Ports will be closed during these hours. You may drop off & pick up your vehicles during these times, but there will be no attendant nor shuttle service.
