I've used this service for the past 2 years post pandemic as the local airport is always full.
Great service when I called them to pick me up at the airport and only waited 10-15 mins. A+++
Good place. I wish the shuttle ran till late. But my car was safe and untouched after a week. So I would recommend this place.
Self park has no parking attendant. I plan to use this service again in the near future.

On our arrival, and ‘check in’ at front desk, the receptionist was excellent and very helpful. (young lady, unfortunately didn’t get her name. It was around 3.20 pm on Friday, October 13) We expected the airplane shuttle running every hour, on the hour. She said she would call and get the shuttle to pick us up in 10 minutes and it did. Great service. Thank you

Easy and convenient! The wait returning was a bit too long but great otherwise!
The only problems with this location is that on our return trip I was informed that the shuttle stop running at 10:00 pm. Our flight was delayed, and we had to take a Lyft.
Guest services should make sure they let their parking customers know to call the hotel to schedule a shuttle pickup on their return to pick up their vehicle. Perhaps a parking confirmation ticket with reservation # & phone # to the hotel would be helpful.
Our shuttle was running a bit late, so the attendant actually called us an Uber to ensure we would be at the airport in plenty of time. Excellent location, great staff, easy to find! We will definitely use them again!
