This is the best way to travel. I will Be using this every time I fly from now on. Such a wonderful set up. I got to drop my car off indoors and pick it up indoors. The shuttle is also quick and the whole thing is organized so well. Thank you so much for offering this!

Booked online- easy to access, follow, and pay! Pulled into lot- parking lot had signs painted on the ground which lead you directly to check-in which was inside a huge garage. Parked car, checked in, shuttle picked us up! Left my keys and the valet parked my car. Dropped off at airport 2 miles away! Return home- seamless! Baker Connections sent me a text as I departed the plane. I sent a text when I received my luggage. Walked outside to pick up point. In 5 minutes the shuttle picked us up! Dropped us off inside the garage and my car was waiting there for us! I will definitely use Valet Connections! The price was LOWER than any other airport parking in the area! A+ from me!

Overall an excellent service, very efficient process. I'd recommend being a bit more clear about where to meet the shuttle after requesting a pick-up at the airport. It was our first time at DTW and we were not familiar with how to get to the shuttle area at the North terminal. Otherwise everything was fantastic!
