• This Facility does not allow oversized vehicle parking.
• Facility also offers VIP Service. If you arrive beyond shuttle and lot operating hours, we will open the lot and have the shuttle service ready for you with an additional fee of $25 to be paid at the facility. This service must be set up 24hours in advance. If you want after-hours service, please call ahead for them to prepare your arrival.

Our shuttle ensures a hassle-free journey to and from the lot. Inform our staff of your travel plans, and we'll assist you within shuttle hours. After-hours service runs from 9:31 PM to 9:59 AM daily for $25 + tax per pickup.

24 Hour Self-Parking. On arrival select a spot on the 2nd level of the garage. DO NOT PARK on the 1st level. Your vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense. For shuttle during normal hours, call (214) 494-1744. When you arrive Please text a photo of your vehicle showing your tag to (214) 494-1744 as well as screenshot your reservation showing the drop-off date and pickup date and text that in as well with your First and Last Name and Email Address. Please show your reservation details to the attendant. Please print your reservation details. This will serve as your parking ticket. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 10AM to 9:30PM.
