Arrival Info
Please call the hotel (440-243-4040) to reserve your space on the airport shuttle at least 2 hours prior to arrival, and arrive at the hotel at least 30 minutes prior to your desired arrival time at the airport. You may park anywhere that doesn't say ""Reserved"".
Head to the hotel lobby to present your prepaid parking pass to the front desk. Please be prepared to also confirm your license plate number, which is required for validation. You will then be provided with documentation to place in your dashboard before departure. The Shuttle leaves for CLE Airport every 30 minutes (on the hour and half-hour).
Airport Transportation
The shuttle runs approximately every 30 minutes, 24/7.
For return shuttle service, follow signs to baggage claim/ground transportation, then give us a call to request a shuttle (440-243-4040). Please note that shuttle requests can take up to 30 minutes, and will pickup at spot #7.
Once you have returned to the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
