Our gate is closed for security. If you are not let in, please call number on the sign. Lot attendant may be driving the shuttle.
You do not need to print your confirmation if you are able to show it on a mobile device.
You can check in directly with your shuttle driver. If no shuttle is present but the gate is open, the shuttle is at the airport and will be back as soon as possible.

- Due to the new airport drop off procedures it is recommended that if you have small children and or car seats and lots of luggage that you drop them off at the airport first. The lot is only 4 minutes from the airport, and it will avoid the hassle of hauling all your luggage and family long distances.
- Please have your return flight information handy. Airline and flight number preferably. If you have a connecting flight on your return, make sure the flight number is the second leg of the flight back to Cleveland.
