Arrival Info
- The gate is always closed for security. If you are not buzzed in quickly, then please call number on the sign. Lot attendant may be driving the shuttle. You cannot check in until 4am when our first shuttle to the airport runs. However, you can get a shuttle from the airport to the lot at anytime.
- Shuttles are based on your scheduled check in time that you reserved. Make sure the arrival time you scheduled is the correct time of your arrival, if you are running early or late it is fine, just make sure to call the lot and change your check in/shuttle time you will not be guaranteed a shuttle or access to our lot if you dont update your check in time.
- You do not need to print your confirmation if you are able to show it on a mobile device.
- You can check in directly with your shuttle driver, if no shuttle is present but the gate is open, the shuttle is at the airport and will be back as soon as possible
- DEPARTURES: The Cleveland Airport does not open until 4:15 AM (please see airport website), and the lot opens at 4:00 AM for check ins every day.
- Customers can park their cars beginning at this time and NO EARLIER, you can check out at anytime.
- If you made a reservation to book with the lot before 3:45 AM you must call the lot directly to change your parking time or your reservation will not be honored
Airport Transportation
- Due to the new airport drop off procedures it is recommended that if you have small children and or car seats and lots of luggage that you drop them off at the airport first. The lot is only 4 minutes from the airport and it will avoid the hassle of hauling all your luggage and family long distances.
- Shuttle runs based on your scheduled check in time make sure this is correct before arriving and if it is, your shuttle will be there to take you to the airport. If not please call the lot in advance to update your check in/shuttle time.
- Please have your return flight information handy. Airline and flight number preferably. If you have a connecting flight on your return make sure the flight number is the second leg of the flight back to Cleveland.
