Arrival Info
Upon arrival, an attendant will assist you with parking and your luggage. We will then transport you to your departure terminal. Airport Express Parking shares its address with the RTA Station. We are located across from Boss Pro-Karting. Please call the lot at any time if you need assistance finding the lot.
For departures, our shuttles start at 4:00 AM. Customers can park their cars beginning at this time.
It is important that the tomes you reserved are within or operating hours. Please call if you will be more than 15 minutes outside your reserved times. Your reservation will be cancelled if you are 1 hour late and do not call us.
Airport Transportation
- Due to the new airport drop off procedures Airport Express Parking recommends that If you have small children and/or car seats and lots of luggage that you drop them off at the airport first. Airport Express Parking is only 2 minutes from the airport and it will avoid the hassle of hauling all your luggage and family long distances**
- Shuttle to the airport is provided based on your scheduled CHECK IN time. please call Airport Express Parking if you are running more than 15 minutes early or late. Upon returning to Cleveland, Airport Express Parking will track your flight to make sure you are picked up promptly. Call Airport Express Parking when you have all your luggage in hand ready to be picked up.
- we do not pick up at the shuttle lot and we wont pull up until you have all your bags ready to be picked up
- For DEPARTURES - shuttles to the airport at 4:00AM every day. Customers can park their cars beginning at this time and NO EARLIER. If you made a reservation to arrive before 4AM you wont be able to access the lot until our fist shuttle. Shuttle starts operations to the Airport at 4:00 AM. Shuttles from the airport back to the lot run as late as needed 24/7
