Arrival Info

Please Pre-check your reservation by sending your parking confirmation No. to the company phone line 216-905-3680. 24-48 hours prior to your check-in, call 2 Birds Shuttle to confirm your arrival time with lot staff.

We recommend that you send your parking confirmation number as soon as you receive your parking confirmation email. You will receive confirmation of our receipt of your parking confirmation number shortly after booking. We cannot provide transportation without your parking confirmation in advance. 

When you arrive and the shuttle is at the lot, the driver will open the gate to let you in to park anywhere. To check in, please show the shuttle driver your prepaid reservation receipt (printed or digital).

  • Please text the lot if your arrival at the lot time changes. 
  • Lot hours are 4:00am-1:00am. 
  • Same-day reservations require a 1-hour notice. 
  • The Lot has a (3) passenger per vehicle limit. There will be a $25 fee each way, paid at the lot, if the shuttle has to accommodate a larger group.
  • You must drop extra passengers and luggage at Departures before coming to the lot. .

Airport Transportation

Airport Dropoff Information:

  • Shuttle leaves the lot every :10 and :40 past the hour. 
  • Shuttle runs from 4am-1am. 
  • We recommend that you drop off additional passengers and luggage at the Airport Departure area before going to the lot. 
  • The last Shuttle pickup from the Airport Is 12:00am. There will be an attendant at the parking lot from 12:00am to 1:00am to grant access to lot for customers returning between 12:00am and 1:00am. 
  • These customers will have to secure their own transportation to the parking lot before 1:00am. 
  • The parking lot will be locked and secured by 1am until 4am when we reopen.

Airport Pickup Information:

  • Please text the lot at (216) 905-3680 with your reservation confirmation number as soon as you land, you can choose a pickup time of either 20 or 50 minutes past the hour. You must place your pickup request at least 30 minutes prior to your desired pickup time to be placed on queue.
