Arrival Info
Upon arrival, visit the hotel front desk and display your reservation confirmation, either printed or on a mobile device. The front desk staff will have you sign a parking waiver and will give you a parking pass to display in your vehicle during the length of your stay. After this is displayed you may proceed to board the shuttle. Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours pre-flight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window. Please be sure to secure all belongings left in vehicle. Parking is at your own risk.
Airport Transportation
Shuttle runs on demand. Sunday – Saturday: 24/7. Airport pickups are on demand. Please call the hotel (716) 634-6969 after grabbing your luggage from baggage claim. (Depending on traffic/time of day it may take up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to reach you at the exterior of the terminal).
