Arrival Info
Upon arrival, visit the hotel front desk and display your reservation confirmation, either printed or on a mobile device. The front desk staff will have you sign a parking waiver and will give you a parking pass to display in your vehicle during the length of your stay. After this is displayed you may proceed to board the shuttle. Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours pre-flight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window. Please be sure to secure all belongings left in vehicle. Parking is at your own risk.

When you return from your trip and have collected your bags, call the Hotel Parking at (716)636-4900 to arrange on-demand return shuttle pickup.
