Arrival Info
Upon arrival, please pull a ticket at the entrance to the facility and follow the signs to the active parking row. You may park anywhere in that row. The shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle. Please get a locator slip from the driver with your parking location marked and instructions on how to catch the shuttle back to PreFlight.
Please arrive at the lot 20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal.
Show your reservation receipt with your entry ticket to the lot attendant at exit.
Airport Transportation
Shuttles run every 6-12 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days week.
Proceed to the courtesy shuttle stop located on the lower level outside of Baggage Claim. This is the same location where you are dropped off.
Be sure to use the manned checkout lane and present your PRINTED RESERVATION RECEIPT to the cashier. Credit cannot be given for your reservation if you do not present voucher to cashier or if you use the automated checkout.
