Arrival Info

Please arrive at PreFlight Airport Parking at least 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. Take a ticket and follow the signs directing you to the type of parking for which you have paid. Once parked, stand by your car as shuttle leaves every five minutes for the Domestic Terminal. A separate shuttle departs every twenty minutes on the hour for the International Terminal.

International travelers MUST select the Self Covered option and park in the covered parking area. Service to the international terminal is not available for those parking in the uncovered area who have paid the Self Uncovered rate.

This location only accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. No Cash.

Airport Transportation

Bumper to Terminal service! We will pick you up from your parking space and drop you off at your terminal, and then drop you off at your vehicle when you fly back. PreFlight Airport Parking is a 7 - 15 minute shuttle ride to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

Airport Pick Up Information:

Shuttle pick-up is at the Ground Transportation Center. Follow signs past the baggage claim to the Ground Transportation Center and look for space B3.

For Transportation to the International Terminal:

Parking at PreFlight ATL: Make sure you are parked in the designated section (rows R, S, V, or W) in our covered parking areas. International shuttles will only drive through here for pick-ups. Please ensure your reservation is for 'Covered' (International Only) to avoid any additional costs at exit. Please note that the service runs on the hour and 30 minutes after the hour. 


For Return Shuttles: Follow the signs to the area designated for International Terminal parking. Please call for service from the International Terminal to get back to PreFlight. Please call (404)767-8000 or text (312)533-8796 "Terminal international" and # of passengers.


If you need a wheelchair accessible shuttle, please call 24 hours ahead of time to ensure it's ready for your arrival.   Complimentary shuttles to/from the Domestic Terminal every 4 - 9 minutes, 24 hours per day.
