The parking lot and your vehicle is accessible 24/7
Step 1 (Entry): Customers must pull a paper ticket even if they have a prepaid reservation.
Step 2 (Parking): Follow signs to the designated tier (Covered or Uncovered) and park anywhere within that section.
Step 3 (Shuttle Boarding): Shuttles operate 24/7. Customers wait by their vehicles; a shuttle will pick them up at their space, and the driver will provide a locator slip for their return.
Timing: Customers should arrive 15–20 minutes before their desired terminal arrival time. Domestic shuttles run every 4–9 minutes.
International Parking Instructions: Customers must book "Covered" parking and park specifically in Rows R, S, V, or W. Shuttles to the International Terminal run exclusively from these rows every 30 minutes (on the hour and half-hour).
Bumper to Terminal service! We will pick you up from your parking space and drop you off at your terminal, and then drop you off at your vehicle when you fly back. PreFlight Airport Parking is a 7 - 15 minute shuttle ride to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
Shuttle pick-up is at the Ground Transportation Center. Follow signs past the baggage claim to the Ground Transportation Center and look for space B3.

If you need a wheelchair accessible shuttle, please call 24 hours ahead of time to ensure it's ready for your arrival. Complimentary shuttles to/from the Domestic Terminal every 4 - 9 minutes, 24 hours per day.
